THE IMPORTANCE OF HAVING A LEGAL DOCUMENT

The legitimacy of a document is important.  On all aspect of every contract or agreement, its authenticity must be full proof to make it as a legal document.

The legality of a document is unquestionable if the two parties made an agreement and both affix their signature in the said contract.  It is more reliable if a third party witnessed the time in which the both agreeing party made and signed the agreement.  Moreover, the authenticity is undeniable if a lawyer notarized the said contract.

Every country issues a birth certificate to every born child.  The birth certificate is an example of a legal document.  Its importance is significant to identify a person.  Other examples of legal documents are death certificate, divorce petition, notarial act, will, deed, bond, or court will or processes.  Since everyone needs a legal document, it is important to know how to make a legal document.

There are professional who make legal documents.  These professional make a draft of the document or simply make the document to be signed by the person involved.  The lawyers are the expert in this field. 

In the business industry, legal document is important.   A businessman must know how to incorporate the legal papers in their business to make it authentic.  Furthermore, every business needs legal papers that even a simple receipt is considered to be a legal document.  In LLC (Limited Liability Company), legal documents are necessary just like the big companies.  Although an LLC is small business comparing to big corporations its existence necessitates legal papers.  Some businessman finds an LLC to be beneficial.  Its advantage entices them to find ways on how to form an LLC.  In additional, forming an LLC heightened the credibility of a business.   Forming an LLC is another way of shows commitment of the owner to the business.
